4.1 To access real-money games on 646ph, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) 646ph Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 646ph reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
4.3 You agree to promptly notify 646ph of any changes to your registration information by updating your Account profile or contacting customer support.
4.4 KYC Verification. 646ph is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. You agree to submit valid government-issued identification documents as requested. Accepted documents include Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilSys national ID, and PRC ID.
4.5 646ph reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 You agree to notify 646ph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
5.3 646ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified 646ph of a security breach in accordance with clause 5.2.
5.4 646ph strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 646ph may require 2FA for certain high-value transactions.
6.1 All deposits to your 646ph Account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform. Currently accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and direct bank transfer via major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and chosen payment method.
6.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 646ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
6.4 646ph does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind as a deposit method. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with current Philippine regulations.
6.5 646ph is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider in connection with deposits to your Account.
All transactions on 646ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, and applicable conversion fees may apply.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment accounts registered in your own name. 646ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
7.2 Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 4.4. 646ph reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal request.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

7.5 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms before they may be withdrawn.
7.6 In the event of Account closure, any verified balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable fees, within thirty (30) days.

8.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
8.3 646ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account and subject to active wagering will not be retroactively removed.

9.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during gameplay, 646ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wager to the Player's Account. 646ph's decision in such matters is final.

14.2 646ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15.1 You may close your 646ph Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any verified balance will be returned to you in accordance with Section 7.6.
15.2 646ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if 646ph reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
15.3 Upon termination for breach, 646ph reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
16.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 646ph's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.3 646ph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved by 646ph may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
